High-grade gold, platinum and copper veins were found at Emlly Camp. See photos HERE. You must see the veins yourself when you visit. You may take a sample home with you and/or mill the ore onsite with our small mill to pan out the gold.

TREE PLANTING

Dozens of trees have now been planted in the areas we have cleared all dead timber and they are growing well. We have been falling dead trees and stacking them to burn. Large piles of dead logs are everywhere along our ATV trail but will soon be gone once burned. Stumps are removed and brushing projects done with power and hydraulic equipment. Spraying the brush with a herbicide has also been an activity. All these forest practices are permitted activities under Oregon Department of Forestry and don't require County approval.

TRAILS AND ZIP-LINES

Besides the new ATV's trails to run around on, we will be installing Zip-lines for not just fun but also for easy transportation across the canyon for tools, equipment, forest practice work. Expanding City..Besides all the activities going on described above and below, we have ambitions to build a 5 bedroom lodge so we are looking into a construction technique called ICF, initials for insulated concrete forms. The structures are fire proof, earthquake proof, last much longer than conventional stick-built structures obviously, and best of all they are lightweight to transport to the site.

This webpage below began in early 2009 and was live for 12+ months. It had thousands of hits, promoting only 11 available deeded (real property) ownerships in the Camp. In 2007, Emlly Camp was purchased from the original patent holder for three reasons:

1. Hold and build equity of a charitable trust

2. For enjoyment, AND THIS definition is wide.

3. To share its experience with others with like minds by invitation and/or purchasing an interest.

Our Objective: ....to diversify, with design for longevity, the ownership for sustained mining and other outdoor enjoyments through encouraging ownership pride and protection of its rare assets.

There are restrictions on reselling any interest to another party. Buyers must be pre-qualified by completing a questionnaire to the satisfaction of the Seller and have a back ground check. The buyer is asked a series of questions regarding their occupation, affiliations and intent for the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a sale. For the purposes of confidentiality, owners names will not be made public until the Deed is recorded.

A pass code entry website is available only for the ownership to use to meet the need of communication, data entry, resources, and logistical planning. For these and property tax purposes, there is a yearly due. Failure to pay dues may lead to lockout of the website and other actions.

There is a need to air-lift at least 2 storage containers for the additional owners so new buyers have a secured location for personal items. The inside of these containers is sectioned by chain link for individual secured storage areas. Because this is a patented gold property, there is a restriction of the type and size of equipment that one may use. The gold is finders-keepers! We see a need to add a fence at the point where our trail begins and the USFS trail ends. This will help distinguish private from public.

A Fractional ownership of a Wilderness in-holding is a leveraged concept from traditional Time Share resorts, but this is non-commercial, and more unique. The ownership is like the form as an undivided interest with an actual DEED with a Covenant for its agreed uses and rules. A pre-application form and back ground check will be required to enter a sale agreement. Potential buyers will be required to also complete a detailed questionnaire.

Emlly Camp is located in the most remote area of Southwest Oregon and is an isolated private parcel in the Kalmiopsis Wilderness. Access is via a primitive wilderness trail (although a long 2-day hike and not recommended) or by helicopter using two established heliports located on the property.
