PURCHASE OF EMLLY CAMP FOR CHARITY

We offered to donate all profits to a Charitable Trust if a fair appraisal price were offered, however THERE IS NO CONCERN EVIDENT BY THE ENVIRO GROUPS AND THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT ANY PROCEEDS SHOULD BENEFIT ANY CHARITIES FROM A FAIR SALE, AND THEREFORE WE CONTINUE TO ENJOY THE PROPERTY FOR WHICH IT WAS PURCHASED. The Charitable Trust will then be funded by the sale of fractional interests and LLC memberships while we enjoy the property. This is why the information has been moved to a private Facebook account.

35% interest in Emlly Camp was donated by Dave Rutan (See Dave's other interests Click HERE ).and its owned now by the Kalmiopsis Preservation Project, a registered Trust for health and other community support charities. Sale of the property in the 12 fractional interests will benefit local Grants Pass & Medford charities as well as national charities. Read below or CLICK HERE
35% interest (yet to be donated by Rutan) is for another Charitable Trust. The beneficiaries will be a surprise and to be announced soon. This ownership can be purchased by the partnership entity with 200 owners.
30% private or corporate ownership, for now. Could be another trust.

Emlly Camp is located in the most remote area of Southwest Oregon and is an isolated private parcel in the Kalmiopsis Wilderness. This parcel is now care-taken by its owners, friends and visitors and is used as frequently as if there was a paved road through the Wilderness to get there, yet keeps the most pristine Wilderness area of the Pacific NW untouched. The private parcel straddles the Little Chetco River for nearly 3/4 of a mile which its shape is indicative of the patent that resulted from the immense gold that resides in the landscape.
