Logistics: The three & four day Wines Camp trips are scheduled on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and some Mondays (unless otherwise noted). The trips begin with meeting a member of the mining staff on the evening prior the first day at 6:00 pm at exit 48 off I-5 at Abby’s Pizza Restaurant at 121 Pine Street, Rogue River, on the East side of I-5.  We do not provide dinner this evening. This exit is at Rogue River or also called the City of the Rogue and is located approximately 7 miles South of Grants Pass, Oregon and approx. 5 hours south of Portland.  The property is an additional 12 miles from Abby's Pizza consisting of County paved roads and 5 miles of gravel logging roads which in a long tough pull for RV’s.  A 4x4 vehicle is not required.  Guests must provide their own transportation unless arrangements are specially made.  We shut down the equipment and begin preparing for leaving at 12:00 noon on the last day.  Lunch and final clean-up follows and all clients need to be packed and outside the gate by 3:00 pm.  All gold found is always “finder’s keepers” unless working in groups of 2 or more which then the gold is split by drawing straws for nuggets and the remainder shared equally by rough weight.  The Company takes no share or percentage of any gold found by the guests during the trip.

Occasionally we run trips that extend into the week days, so please check with us if this involves you.
