are $150 for 12 and under. Each child must be accompanied
by an adult (kids share gold with parents from the Common
Operation)

(12-17) $350 unless using parents equipment or sleeping in
parents RV/Tent. ($250
minimum)
Emily Camp-This camp is a partnership and will require a $1450 per adult
buy-in to become an owner* Coming soon.
All trips are
pre-paid in advance. There is no deposits after April 1st.
REFUND POLICY:
DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND AND THE
LIMITED AVAILABILITY OF 12 GUESTS PER TRIP, WE DO NOT REFUND THE
TRIP COST. ONCE THE TRIP IS BOOKED, WE TURN OTHERS AWAY.
YOUR COMMITMENT IS REQUESTED SINCE WE MAKE OUR COMMITMENT TO SERVE
YOU. IN THE EVENT A TRIPS IS CANCELLED BY US, WE
WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY IN FULL.
THE AGREEMENT:
This agreement between
Oregon Gold Trips,
llc,
a Washington State limited liability Company (“Company”) and the
guest is hereby the complete agreement for providing a guided gold
mining trip for which the services are described below. The
Company services are for the designated dates of your trip that are mutually agreed. The trip shall be either a three (3) or
four (4) day trip:
All dates are tentative until at least 9 guests are
booked with fees paid in advance. Fees are transferable.
Logistics:
The three & four day Wines Camp trips are scheduled on Friday,
Saturday, Sunday, and some Mondays (unless otherwise noted). The
trips begin with meeting a member of the mining staff on the evening
prior the first day at 6:00 pm 7 miles off exit 48 off I-5 at Wimer
Way Cafe at 8005 East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River, OR.

Directions: Take exit 48 off I-5 and head east over the RR
crossing. Take the first left after crossing RR. Go 1
block to a 4-way stop. Go straight through the 4-way stop and
head 7 miles out of town going North. The road will change to
East Evans Creek road and pass schools. On the left side of the road
will be Queen's Branch Rd. at 7 miles out and at gas station.
The cafe is on the other side of Queen's Branch road (left hand side
of East Evans Creek Rd).
We do not provide dinner this
evening but the Cafe has excellent All You Can Eat on Thursdays,
usually Spaghetti.
From the Cafe,
you will follow us. A 4x4
vehicle is not required. Guests must provide their own
transportation unless arrangements are specially made. We shut down
the equipment and begin preparing for leaving at 12:00 noon on the
last day. Lunch and final clean-up follows and all clients need to
be packed and outside the gate by 3:00 pm. All gold found is always
“finder’s keepers” unless working in groups of 2 or more which then
the gold is split by drawing straws for nuggets and the remainder
shared equally by rough weight. The Company takes no share or
percentage of any gold found by the guests during the trip.
Occasionally we run trips that extend into the week days, so please
check with us if this involves you.
Emlly Camp Logistics and accommodations:
Emlly Camp Partnership is an up and coming shared
partnership that is being formed. (not available yet)Included
are cabins with beds and
we all help with food and
cooking. The cabins have basic furnishings and kitchen
supplies. There are no TV's, nor radios. The cabins are
insulated. Meals are cooked on site by us all.
These trips are scheduled with owners only of Emlly Camp
Partnership. They will run any time we want to go. For more information
about ECP, please contact us.
Things to bring to Wines Camp:
Each guest should bring their own

sleeping bag, pillow
-
insect repellant
-
flash light
-
camera
-
hiking shoes/boots and slip on tennis shoes (for cabins)

and other personal items.

We also recommend a few
5 gal. buckets to bring home some extra concentrate to pan for
gold at home.

fishing pole and bait for Bass and Blue Gill
Please refrain from
bringing dogs. If you do, please respect the courtesy of others by
refraining dogs from playing in the lake, inside and around cabins,
in and around the mining area and present during eating times.
The Company does:

NOT guarantee any
gold will be found. No amount, weight, quality, or dollar value
is guaranteed. You may not find any, although this has never
happened!

NOT guarantee the
trip schedule dates until there is a minimum of 9 fully paid
clients. This is extremely rare.

guarantee we don't salt the ground. The
gold found is all from mother earth and never seen before by
human eyes!
The Company does NOT provide:

Emergency First
Aid supplies and medical support beyond normal provisions
that are purchased in kits.

Transportation
and/or fuel to and from the locations except helicopter service
to Emily Camp.

Facilities
and support for physically disabled or mentally impaired
customers.
Responsibility for
injury or loss of personal property during the trips is the
guest's. The guest agrees to and assumes all responsibility for
their own safety and personal belongings.
Product and Responsibilities of the Company:
The Company’s equipment includes at least one piece
of heavy equipment, trommels, high-bankers, dredges, and various hand tools,
pans, classifying screens and gold vials. We use all or a portion
of this equipment which have had the most success in the previous
trips. The Company provides all food, cooking and eating
facilities. All products are for the scheduled trip only
however you automatically join the association which is discussed
during the trips. These benefits include future discounts,
free apparel and newsletters.
We run
the backhoe and provide the gold producing material and permits.
Instruction
is included for you to operate your processing equipment for best results. We
set up the equipment and mine with you although you do most of the
labor to produce the gold. We strive to make the trip a
morally and environmentally responsible mining setting as possible
by back filling all holes and replanting vegetation.
Each guest agrees to have read and agreed to the terms
of this agreement. The guest also understands and agrees
under penalty of mineral trespassing, permission to mine the property is
during the duration of the trip only. We are serious about
this. The guest also agrees to allow the
Company to use photographs for promotional
reasons.
